2013 Santa Clarita Hot Import Car Show

On August 3, 2013, Import Fashion presented the first Santa Clarita Hot Import Car Show at the parking grounds of The College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita California.

The event was sponsored by Kia of Valencia and Xtreme Audio. Part of the proceeds will be donated to YMCA Santa Clarita.

We entered our 1991 Mazda Miata for our first car show. We usually have our beat up drift cars but this Miata is already retired from the tracks so we tried our luck.

We came to the show together with our sponsors. Thanks to Big John's Tires & Performance, One11iNK and Galpin Mazda of Valencia.

We were actually surprised with the number of people who participated. There were a good amount of car enthusiast who showed up knowing that Santa Clarita is conservative specially with import cars.

The show varies to euro cars

 Custom Japanese cars

New models

Not so new

Trucks

Open-wheel base cars

Street legal open-wheel base cars

Tuned Hoonda NSX

Classic JDMs

How often do you see this old school aftermarket locks?

Tuned GTR. This Nissan GTR actually got the  Best Show award.

They also have slammed VIPs

And here is the Kia Hamster getting down with a DeadMau mascot.

I just love seeing old school cars specially that orange Toyota Starlet.

Custom shift knobs

Supercars

More JDM rides.

And here is a kid showing his own ride.

There were vendors who showed up their support like MB2.

This is Ryan Fadera showing the car to the judges.

The show also had a Miss Hottie Valencia Kia.

And here is this year's Miss Hottie, Raina Salveron.

One of our sponsors, Big John's Tires and Performance, supported the cause by giving away Full alignment gift certificate to three lucky guests and here is one of the winners.

By the end of the day, the judges announced the show's winners.

We were not expecting to win but we got 3rd place for Best Static Ride. It was a good experience for our first car show.
